Room, and place ok. But the staff was very rude and the food was not of good quality. Never again.

Put frozen schnitzel in the microwave and then sell it for € 12 .... Almost naughty .. The ambience is nice, the staff is very polite but unfortunately the food is absolutely bad. By the way, we had ordered one Champion schnitzel and a normal schnitzel with fries

Silence peace. Paid parking € 10. € 6 to be used in the restaurant. Free clean toilets. A beautiful lake of palm trees. I recommend. Lots of space for trucks

Great place to stay. Right on the highway, nice rooms, good service, friendly staff. The whole ambience is above a 3 star standard! Several restaurants in the house and then the park with a large pond! The right place to come back down after a long motorway drive!

Food was okay. Borders on mass processing. The cosiness is lost. Service very friendly despite the stress factor. The outside area is well laid out.

Today after the flea market .. we were thirsty and a little hungry. The staff was visibly overwhelmed, it was busy and a colleague was absent. We sat down and waited 15 minutes before someone came to take our order. Finally, after about 45 minutes, instead of water for my mother, I got a Fanta and cold hard fries for my niece and me. That annoys me, and in my opinion it shouldn't happen ... we won't be back here anytime soon.

In short: rooms ok, but no service. The previous reviews are incredibly accurate: Despite the location in the industrial park, the house is actually nicely done. The room is completely ok, sufficiently quiet and superficially clean (as long as you don't look very closely). Unfortunately one is hardly served or only with loooong waiting times and a lot of initiative. Check-in desk unmanned, only after waiting, ringing 5x and asking at the bar, someone comes. Restaurant: Simply choose a table yourself and let us know. I took the card myself and got up to intercept the service in the corridor for the order. Drinks came after 45 minutes. and renewed reminder from the next table (which had meanwhile gone to the counter to pay). Still no trace of eating after 1.5 hours and asking twice. At some point a plate came for another table, but it had already given up and left. We also went to Burger King next door. The service was hard-working and nice, she was sorry. The problem was probably the kitchen, a wedding party had to be taken care of at the same time. Shame!

Had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came to our table at all. After waiting almost an hour for our food, but unfortunately nothing came, we left again! We didn't order anything special, simple pan-fried dishes. The service went through the huge restaurant with a maximum of 2 plates, but also only with a side salad. Organization looks different! ;-)

To be honest, I can't judge the food at all. We asked for a table for two and were told without a notice in the winter garden is still free. Then the test of patience started. After twenty minutes a waitress came and after half an hour we got drinks. When after an hour there was no food in sight and the neighbors waiting for their meal for an hour and a half, we canceled our meal. The excuse that they still have a wedding is incomprehensible, because you have to know your capacities.

Good food, parrots and a beautiful lake - actually everything is great. But if you specially reserve a table close to the lake, then come there and are referred to a table far away from the lake in a very unfriendly manner because nobody has written down the reservation ... Not great. Especially not when all the tables close to the lake are empty but "reserved by others". I also don't find it commendable that reordering side dishes costs extra.

Had a table reserved for 2 people. The waitresses were very unfriendly and totally overwhelmed even though it wasn't too busy for 3 waitresses. Every free table was not cleared or cleaned. After three quarters of an hour waiting time, went again without any attention. Although we were always satisfied there in the past, we will think twice about visiting the restaurant again.

Friendly service, nice welcome, delicious food, reasonably priced, and a terrace with palm trees and fountains and parrots. Rooms cozy and clean and the beds are comfortable. So it's all good.

The food was just great, it was hot, fresh and flavored to the point and fried to the point. Schnitzel was super juicy. The atmosphere with the small lake and the palm trees is like on vacation. The condition was super friendly, we responded to requests. We are definitely coming and that too often!

A hidden insider tip behind a truck stop! Not easy to find. Well worth the search! Big parking lot. In addition to the relaxed atmosphere and the delicious food, the service and hygiene are very positive. On Change requests are received without problems. Gigantic beer garden in the outside area. The huge pond with very hungry fish is not just a special experience for children. There is food on site. The fish eat out of your hand. We have now been here for the second time and loved it. Highly recommended!

I booked hotel before and it was all nice and smooth NOT this time..... I booked it again on way back from Italy and got confirmation from the Hotel back However when we arrived at the hotel there was no room for us (2 adults and 2 very tired kids (5years old)) They were making some unreasonable excuses and were not helpful at all to find solution. Very unprofesional and i was really upset as the kids were very tired and we had to find another hotel by ourselfs. I just think is risky to book with them as despite having email confirmation you won't be sure if you have a room when you arrive.

Very good service, good food! Saturday noon 2:00 p.m. there was little going on. We were not in the bistro but in the pub / restaurant. Very nice welcome and quick service. Ordered and mega delicious: Cheese schnitzel € 12 Cordon blue € 13 Spaghetti Bolognese € 7 Nice atmosphere rounds off the good impression. By the way, parking was free and available in abundance.

Ordered a Steak with Onions! When the Steak arrived it looked good but it was like cutting up a tire! My Husband said it was like chewing on leather... no Apologies from the Restaurants. Don't recommend this Place! It really sucked!
